"The inspiration for this project C# wrapper for most popular NLP library - NLTK. What it does Provides an ability to use NLTK library in your C#/.NET projects. How you/your team built it I begin develop NltkNet wrapper when started to learn Natural Language Processing (NLP) using NLTK library. I had to use Python to learn NLP as NLTK was written on it. This I decided to wrap NLTK library in C# and use it with my favorite programming language. Challenges you/your team ran into As NltkNet based on IronPython then there are some limitations to run NLTK sources with IronPython. Somewhere it was needed to hack nltk original sources to make it work with IronPython. Accomplishments that you are/your team is proud of For current date there is >700 downloads of NltkNet nuget package without any advertising or artciles except github page. Also NltkNet library hit the list on https://nugetmusthaves.com/Tag/NLP. What you/your team learned More Python, more dynamic interaction in C#, more internals of nltk and IronPython What's next for this project? Continue to wrap parts that is left in C# "

Hello, I'm Corstiaan. I'm a software developer from the Netherlands and I manage BuiltWithDot.Net. I created this site as a place where developers working with .net technology can showcase their projects and inspire other developers.
There's so much you can build with .net these days that I thought it would be nice to have a corner of the web dedicated to the breadth of .net. Enjoy!
