"After working on a several HTTP web API projects back in 2013, the decision was made to create a flexible tool for testing various web API scenarios. With constant innovation and regular updates, it now supports request chaining, advanced validation expressions, wide set of parameters to create dynamic data for testing, comprehensive data upload support, conditional execution, command line interface, and import from OpenAPI definition. It comes in two editions; Express which is completely free and Professional which requires purchase of a lifetime license. It runs on Windows 7 or later and requires .NET 4.6 or later. Transition to .NET 6 is planned for the next year."
