"My mission is to help ASP.NET web developers be much much more productive, by giving them tools and techniques to focus on their features, and minimise all the other frustrations that come with modern web application development. I want to put the fun back into developing for the web. Practical ASP.NET is the start of this mission, a single place to provide tips, techniques, and advice to web developers looking to use ASP.NET core as part of their tech stack. I built this site using ASP.NET Core Web API and Blazor! Challenges in building primarily emerged from the fact that Blazor is still a new technology, with Blazor WASM not quite production-ready at the time of building. For that reason I built it using Blazor Server but this has some drawbacks for a public-facing app (not least latency depending on where you are in the world). I'll be moving it to Blazor WASM as soon as I can."

Hello, I'm Corstiaan. I'm a software developer from the Netherlands and I manage BuiltWithDot.Net. I created this site as a place where developers working with .net technology can showcase their projects and inspire other developers.
There's so much you can build with .net these days that I thought it would be nice to have a corner of the web dedicated to the breadth of .net. Enjoy!
