"# The inspiration for this project We created ConjuGato because we were learning Spanish and couldn't find an easy to use conjugation app. Before we made only iOS apps but getting ConjuGato to Android was a must because many students own Androids. # What it does The app is a trainer for Spanish verb conjugations: it shows you flashcards with infinitives and you have to conjugate the correct verb form for the tense, mood, and person. Every student's level is different, so there are many settings to adjust to match one's learning goals. # How you/your team built it We used MvvmCross and native UIs to provide good user experience on both platforms. Thanks to MvvmCross, it was super easy to reuse the code containing the app's logic. # Challenges you/your team ran into Our developer had zero Android knowledge, so working with Android SDKs was difficult for the first couple of months. # Accomplishments that you are/your team is proud of The app is #1 on the App Store and in top-3 on Google Play when you search for something to help you with Spanish conjugations. # What's next for this project? We've already released some big updates, so now many smaller features on the list: dark mode for both platforms, translations to more languages, better tablet support (layout and external keyboards)."
